A Winter Wonderland - A Ski-Art-Yoga Adventure Retreat

GoTrueNorth and Rene Johnson, proud owner of Shanti Yoga, are gathering at the Pure Awareness Retreat Centre for a weekend winter adventure! If you love snow shoeing/cross country skiing, love hanging with like-minded people who love the outdoors, do yoga, and generally live life to the fullest, you’ve found your tribe! Get ready to experience complete bliss while you stay in beautiful 4 person cabins, ski 5km of trails, create art and practice yoga in a warm studio. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to your next adventure!

All levels of skiers, artists and yogis are welcome.

Retreat dates are February 10-12, 2017
Check in is Friday, February 10th, 2017 – 6:30pm
Check out is on Sunday, February 12th, 2017 – 2:00pm

The Retreat Includes:
* all yoga classes
* accommodation for 2 night in beautiful heated wooden cabin
* food for the entire weekend
* sip of art (includes all painting equipment)
* jaw massages from all the smiling you’ll be doing! just kidding, you’ll have to do that yourself.

* a beautiful rustic true north yoga journal

SATURDAY

9:00am-9:45am – Light Breakfast

10:15am-11:30am – Wake Up Flow Yoga

11:45am-1pm - Fresh Lunch

Noon-5pm – Ski/Snowshoe/Painting/Reiki

5:00pm - 6:30pm Yummy Dinner

6:30pm-8:00pm - Yin/Restorative Yoga.... Deep Relaxation

9-11pm - Laughs, stories and smiles.

SUNDAY

9:00am-9:45am – Fresh Breakky

10:15am-11:30am – Slow Hatha Yoga

11:45am-1pm - Tasty Lunch

1-2pm Closing Ceremony & Goodbye Hugs!

Cost is listed per person. GST Excluded.

If you’re PAYING IN FULL: 
EARLY BIRD PRICING $375 + GST (must be paid on or before December 28, 2016)
REGULAR PRICING $399 + GST (if paid in full after December 28, 2016)

If you’re PAYING A DEPOSIT and your BALANCE:
A DEPOSIT of $175 is required to reserve your spot.

Your retreat BALANCE: (must be paid in full on or before January 11, 2017)
